Returns for repairs of samplers/components to the Maxx headquarters

Dear customer,

for reasons of hygiene, safety and to protect the health of our employees, we ask you to observe the following before sending a device or component to our headquarter:

  • The device/component must be well cleaned before being sent to us. In particular, everything that has been in contact with the sampled medium (hoses, dosing system, bottles, carrying trays, entire interior, etc.)
  • If devices/components arrive uncleaned, we reserve the right to return them to you unrepaired at your expense.
  • By sending the device/components and placing the order, you confirm to us, that there are no health risks for our employees when handling the device/components.
  • We ask you to strictly adhere to and observe these rules in order to avoid unnecessary costs and effort.
